In this post, I will be discussing some of the most beneficial nutritional products that Lifetime Fitness has to offer to its members. These products can be purchased online or in the Life Cafe on the shelves. On occasion, Lifetime will have team members outside the Life Cafe offering samples to some products, whether it is protein smoothies, shakes, or other nutritional things. From what I have experienced with these products, I could not rave about them enough, as all of them usually receive 5-star reviews. Now we will get more in depth of the specific products I recommend.

To begin, if you're looking to put on that extra weight and bulk up after hard workouts in the gym, the whey protein plus is your answer. There are choices between chocolate and vanilla so whichever flavor of choice floats your boat is the way to go. Per serving, it offers 30g of protein along with 16g of carbs. There are 20 servings per container so use it wisely! Moving on to another post-workout supplement that I enjoy is the BCAA/Post recovery workout powder. This is a great option for recovery right after workouts, or when you are super sore. It enhances recovery from workouts and reduces muscle soreness. Kiwi Strawberry is the only flavor out right now, but Lifetime is soon to make more flavors. Finally, my other favorite is the Vegan Protein Plus. This is by far the most popular supplement from Lifetime Fitness and is raved about all the time. People will substitute meals during their day to have a protein shake from Vegan. It is dairy, gluten, and soy free. It is also 30g of protein per serving with 20 servings per container. As always these are opinion based, but all the supplements I listed are all rated 5-stars.
